About this user
I was born around 25 years ago to a broad family of Basque background, spread all over the Iberian peninsula and the former colonies too
My home town is the medieval city of Burgos, situated where the castillian plateau meets the Cantabric Mountains(which some consider a extension of the Pyrinees). The milenary city was the capital of the Ancient Kingdom of Castille (Today, the Aoutonomous Region of Castille) and its known for its freezing snowy winters and mild summers, its Gothic architecture, its regional cuisine and red wines, and for being the home of kings and heroes, such as The Cid (remember the Charlton Heston movie?)
The city is a candidate for 2016 European Capital of Culture http://www.burgos2016.es/en.html
ok, enough of publicity. I moved to Sevilla (capital of Andalusia) on september 2001, where i spent 6 years and studied Journalism at Uni.
2 years ago i moved to Edinburgh (Scotland) where i'm currently studying Audio Visual Technology at College
I play basketball despite being just 6ft (1m83cm) but i like most sports. Im also good at Ping Pong and used to be a pretty decent Judo Fighter.
I'm into history and sociology and i inttend to be a researcher and a documentary maker.
As most people with basque blood, i am an amateur chef and wine taster :)
I have a thing for languages, apart from my native Castillian, i'm fluent English and French. My polish is also getting better , and have some degree of knowledge of Euskara and Latin. On the future i would like to learn a scandinavic tongue and also Tamazigh and Korean... as much of them as i can!!

I proudly own since 2004 a PS2 Aqua, with more than 20 original games and countless backups. The first console that i owned, however, was a Sega Dreamcast, in 1999. But it wasn't the first plattform that i played. The honour corresponds to Amiga 500 (i shared it with my cousins in our village's family house) then Mega Drive (i borrowed it from my Aunt, when my coz got a PS) and finally a N64 that was in a squatter house i used to hang around in my early teenage years. I still own my first PC, a 2,53 GHz PIV with a geforce 4 that i bought with a student loan when i started uni, on 2002 (hey, that's 7 years so far!) However i never brought anything to Scotland. Here i just have a IBM t43 laptop that i got for 150£ from a Leasing Ebay Shop. Its been working fatastic for about a year and no plans to update it. Still waiting for PS3 to reach my desired price of 150£, possibly pre-owned (i'm a self supporting student). What about handhelds? i took a yellow gameboy pocket from the penalty room in my school when i was about 9. I still have it!! Currently i have a Gizmondo that i got in Ebay 'bout 3 years ago for a ridiculous prize (hey, it reproduces and emulates almost everything ant it cames with a GPS!! ).
