Donna Stella - Mozambique's first native opera singer.

Studies and master classes in France (graduate of Conservatoire Superieure), Switzerland, Spain (Magda Olivero), Austria (Grace Bumbry).

Independent artist and owner of the opera studio Belcanto in Bern, currently living in Switzerland.

Performer in classic music projects internationally since 1995 and, but also working as voice professor, coach and consultant.

Producer, art director and performer in Mozambique's first opera production - a staged version of Carmen in 2002.

In 2008 bringing the first European Symphonic Orchestra to an African National Park followed by a unique PR project to promote Mozambique's tourist industry - Africa's rising star in tourism: www.land-of-contrast.com.
