I live in Austin, Texas, but come from the frigid land of Minnesota. I work as a programs coordinator with a juvenile probation department full-time and a veterinary technician part-time. I am incredibly excited to be living my dream of running a dog training therapy program with at-risk kids and shelter dogs.

I live with my three incredibly adorable dogs:

Mindy - My 10 year old Pomeranian, complete princess, and first agility dog. Mindy was retired after just a few years because of bad knees and severe hip dysplasia. Several surgeries later, she is the benevolent ruler of my home. She enjoys sleeping in various "caves" around the house.

Puppy - Poor Puppy never got a name because we could never agree on one but anyone who has met her can tell you that her name fits her. At 8 years old, she still acts like a puppy. Puppers is my heart and soul and means everything to me. She is the most loyal little dog ever (except when other people have food). She follows me everywhere and sleeps by the door all day until I come home. She is blazing fast but her agility career was cut short by bad knees, too. She enjoys chasing Siryn while Siryn fetches, sock wrestling, carpet swimming, and sleeping in various super adorable positions.

Siryn - My 5 year old red merle Border Collie and first "big" dog, if you can call 17" and 27 pounds big. Siryn is everything I could have hoped for in a Border Collie and more and I love her to death. She is so much fun to have around and she does anything I ask her to do. She is amazing. She gets insanely excited about swimming, fetching, agility, and running the trails at the park but she is happy being a couch potato, too. She is a great agility dog and I couldn't have asked for a better dog to teach me the ropes of handling a bigger dog. She's left awfully big shoes for my next Border Collie to fill!

For those who have asked, Siryn is a littermate to Stephanie Spyr's Rage, Daisy Peel's Jester, Nancy Gyes's Ace, Ronda Carter's Pyro, and Ann's dog, Aiden. Siryn is out of Stephanie Spyr's Sagehill Crack the Whip (Whip) and Jen Pinder's Comebye Hot and Spicy (Cajun).
