You are the reason that I still have a faint glimmer of faith in American animation. You took a chance so long ago, did something unique but which felt at the same time familiar, something we could all relate to instinctively and emotionally. You have the touch for heartfelt and sincere animation, in an era when studios are all too concerned with profit and expediency. NIMH especially is an essential part of my consciousness, something as dear to me as my family, and something I will be forever grateful to you for. And to see you still have the energy of an artist and love of the material is very touching. Once again, I thank you so much for taking the time to post here.
