Petty Change brings that classic hip hop/emceeing back to reality through our own experiences. Petty Change was first established in the early 2000s, in Japan by Dymes a Dozen and Non Cents. After hibernation in Shanghai, LA, and the Philippines, the Petty Change movement is back in the Big Apple and it will stay strong for the years to come.
