Hello My friend thank u for the Sub Back to u and hope the Pain Management Specialist will be able to help u.The mix of pills that I'm on now really helps well.Of course wont take all the pain away but makes the Quality of my life better and bearable!!!I'm on Dilaudid(Hydromorphone)fast release 8mgs every 6 hours.these are for the so called Breakthrough Pain.And also take 80 mgs M eslon(Ms Contin in the States)Slow(or Time)Release every 8 hours.Plus take Gabpentin 1200 mg every 8 hours this for Nerve Pain and for Depression.I'm 6 feet 7 inches and 280 lbs so tell your Dr what I said and he'll figure out your dosage Take it easy friend Peace
