Make a new video please! I love them, but I have watched both of them multiple times. I would love to see one about working out and recovery time.

My kids will watch these videos all day - no manner how boring! Have you ever considered teaching children health issues with this media. My kids liked the exercise one. This is good for older people too. What i really like about your videos is the combination of audio, visual and reading. Our family has many dyslexics and that approach is very helpful for us. Not only can we hear, and visually get charged from the graphics, but everything you say is also written down. I wish we had everything we need to learn using this method. How wonderful and Liisa is a beautiful illustrator. Thanks.

Great video. I am a researcher in primary care with interest in exercise prescription/exercise as medicine. Can you give me the references for the studies you mention in your video? Many Thanks

Great videos!! Looking forward to seeing more. Have you considered the idea of making one for parents regarding more generally how to keep their kids safe and healthy - such as when they do need to get medical help versus things that they can safely care for themselves?

This is a great public health message about concussion. Pediatricians and ER departments should runs this clip and give talks to the community. I hope it turns into a campaign.

doctor evans - as a former physical education teacher i thought this was really great, indeed we need to stem the tide of obesity - we need a ntionaql campaign to somehow reward people to get up, get out, and take advantage of the poweer of being physical, with waslking at the very top of our list. I work hrd to follow your advice. Thankis for motivation - you make it fun!
