I do 50 pushups daily every morning to keep in shape. Although in defense of Joe pushups are extremely hard if just starting out. Just start in stages like 5 a day for a week then 10 a day. Ok enough of my dumb fucking Jack Lelane workout advice, god im an awful cunt, just enjoy the Uninformed.

Let me say to this guy, i was a 21B in the Army, thats a Combat Engineer, ive seen just about every type of controlled demotion that there is. For starters it would have been logistically impossible to lug enough demo in there without someone noticing. And secondly theres just no goddamn way that...
