Thanks for the advice. I wanted to go completely raw, but I have ideas for cooked veggie food like mushroom spaghetti made with zucchini strips, and I liked steamed asparagus. My doctor wants me to seriously think about getting some sort of gastric surgery. I don't want to. I'd rather try a eat less version on my own, without eating less. I've seen good results with the veggies, fruits and green juices. I guess that is why I was coming out the gate going all or nothing. I was going to kind of do the reverse of what you're saying and work myself slowly back into some things after I shed 20kilos and slow the process down. I am no expert and could be way off base. I have no idea what I'm doing, honestly.
