PC's can easily produce better graphics then consoles. If you look closely you'll see that the PC produces clearer and more defined graphics with better lighting and reflections. PS3 looks dull and hazy with less detail and clarity.

Watch the video in HD and on full screen and you will see details on the XBOX screen that the PS3 doesn't have. Look at the hair at the beginning of the video the XBOX produces much more detail, while the PS3 lacks detail.
