About Nomentory OFFICIAL
Nomentory is a screamo / post-hardcore band that was formed online in 2011. Original band consists of Jonathan Storm (vocals), Jerry Sandstrom (guitar).
The band members have never met each since Jonathan lives in the northern Sweden, Jerry in Stockholm.
It all started when Jerry uploaded a song (which is now 'Paper Wings can not make you fly') on a forum in which he was looking for a singer. Jonathan was the third singer who contacted Jerry. Jonathan sent a forty-second clip where he sang a verse and a chorus. Jerry was so happy with the result that he asked Jonathan to record the rest of the song.
In the beginning, Jerry did all the music from his house in Stockholm. He recorded both guitar and drums (via a MIDI keyboard) and bass. Then he sent the songs up to northern Sweden where Jonathan recorded the vocals. Nomentory have no bass player yet, Jerry plays the bass until further notice.
