THEORY AND PROOF
The concept of the "proof" exists only in the field of Mathematics. Theory becomes a "Law" if it can be proven mathematically, otherwise, it doesn't matter how many times you test and observe your expected result, its still considered theory.
Many theories are widely accepted as facts. Among these are Atomic Theory, the Theory of Evolution, and the Big Bang Theory. Each of the previously mentioned theories have observable evidence to support the underlying assertions that make up the theory.
