This channel is is one huge video diary of my weight loss journey and my holistic journey to a better me.
About Me:
 
I am a young woman trying to navigate her way through life by living my passions and trying my best to be what Christ wants me to be. Right now I'm in a period of deep study. The subject is myself. I'm learning about who I am and who I want to be. I learning my strengths and limitations. I'm trying to learn to love myself and accept my shortfalls. I'm not trying to reinvent myself. But I am trying to listen deeply to that inner voice that is my very consciousness and live in a way that is truly honest to who I am. My you tube channel will mostly focus on my weight loss journey. But I'll also share a bit of my heart, my kookiness, my character, my struggles and all kinds of things in between. Thanks in advance to those of you who choose to subscribe and join me. Thank you for the blessing my spiritual sister, I am rejoicing in the lord. The weight is coming off. I been fasting as well as detoxing my body. I been juicing. have had nothing to eating in 12 days. I feel great. I will update you later on next week. Have a bless time in our lord. Peace and love.

Great Job on your weight loss so far. I find that keeping a food journal helps me a lot. You are right prayer and a positive attitude would make a big difference.

You are one beautiful woman .... however food is our medicine ... whole foods - a starch based diet is what saves us... baked (not microwaved/grilled/fried) sweet & regular potatoes, brown rice, beans, lots of greens, collards, swiss chard, spinach, rapini, kale. RAW veggies... lots and lots... carrots, celery, cucumber --- well everything you can enjoy and the BEST part is dipping them all in *hummus* --- wow - your taste buds will go wild. Spice it up, cayenne peppers, jalapenos, etc.
Yes, exercise is key -- but just walking a kilometer each day will give you AMAZING health results.
It only takes a little effort (food and exercise) to make a massive change in our (health and well being) , lives and those around us.
