It's her max deadlift. It's not about a work out. Besides, there are better ways to train your back muscles. She could've held the bar a half second longer, though. And honestly, looks like she could squeeze another 10-20lbs. Good work.

If her goal is power, then she is doing it right. She is not putting her back at risk, her body is in its natural shape. Her ass, feet and shoulders are touching the bench so she isn't using complete leg drive. If she wanted to build muscle, she wouldn't be doing complete lock outs.

They don't have a storyline because they have almost no creativity(not too far under WWE's crap, though). But yes, it's a soap opera. Matches are still scripted(you're naive to think otherwise) if not rehearsed. It's an alright show.
