Vice has a lot of combo options in this game. The DC system works very well with her move-set, especially for a grappler. Her hcb-fwd+A+C grab has very good range. Unlike Mature, her MaxMode combos aren't to hard. Hand speed still needs to be good. But to be honest, there is no point really doing her long string combos since her basic combos are easy and do very good damage.
Vice's hcf+B or D and B+D are very good and the B+D version can be used to catch opponents out of an air reset state. (Check Combo 11) qcb+A+C, std+D, hcf+B+D.
Also hcf+B+D can be followed up on the ground with a hard attack. Use std+D because its faster.
Overall I think shes a great character.
