@123testable Das ist auch eine Anlehnung daran... Gesprochen hört es sich an wie "Joan of Arc" die englische Ausführung von "Jeanne d’Arc". Ich denke das war wohl durchaus beabsichtigt. ;-)

Ich ziehe mich zurück. Ich hab keine Lust mehr deinen Unsinn, den du von dir gibst, durchzulesen. Nazi-Propaganda, Holocaustleugnung, verblendete Idealisierung der NS-Zeit. Ich widme meiner Zeit lieber etwas anderem. Zum Glück glaubt diesen Quatsch fast keiner. :-)

Die Diskussion ist nunmal nach der Beschreibung zum Video (s. o.) schon vorprogrammiert.

Über die gefallenen Soldaten sag ich auch nichts, das ist ein anderes Thema.

Sein Bild wurde aber auch durch die Nazis ideologisiert... im Endeffekt hat er in Afrika verloren, er wurde nur früh genug - nach Erkennen der unabwendbaren Niederlage - von dort abgezogen, um sein Image nicht zu beschädigen, so dass die Niederlage nicht direkt mit ihm im Zusammenhang stand.

Ich denke sie kritisieren die Globalisierung insgesamt, dargestelllt durch Amerika, deren Einfluss (fast food-lifestyle) sich über die ganze Welt verbreitet.

Actually i don´t like the nazis... and the poitical ideology of them... i think it was a great time, when germany was proud nation... and showed it to the world... if today anybody in germany sais that he is proud of his nation, the people look scared thinking this must be a nazi... :-/

That´s the film i watched most in my life... reminds me of my youth... and i still like this film.... that are not the best fighting scenes... not the best actors... but... it IS an awesome film. :-)

@allrightbrain Difficult to explain. But believe me the german propaganda that time was the best in the world. ;-)

But you´re right we should look into the future... to make sure that things like this never happen again, instead of only talking about the past.
