Aight man, my bad..haha.. I seem to be a little overreacting on things. Hope your progress goes good and by all means, keep us people updated on the results cause you can go high in this sport, just as I wish to reach heights in the perfect size and strength levels. Though I train mostly for being a fighter.
By the way I took your method into use and drink WATER more in my daily workouts instead of all bubbling beverages or juices n shit. You know your thing dude!
