Hey many thanks to Dan Dominguez, Joe Gressis and Peter Lundquist for bringing me in on this - Oishi Origins was a blast to work on! Seriously, it’s not every day that I get to voice a bunch of characters in a show that includes a Floating Butthole. Let’s do more!
Voice actor - Oishi Origins, Samurai! Daycare, Batman Arkham Asylum, World of Warcraft, etc…
Suicide is neither a cowards way out or an act of courage. It is an act of pain that is passed on. When my wife committed suicide in 1999 her pain did not end, she merely passed it on to those of us who loved her. I live with that pain every day and will continue to do so until the day I die. My wife died because she believed she was alone in her suffering. She wasn't. If you are suffering from depression, anxiety, etc.. reach out. You're not alone. There IS help.
Really makes me want to play catch with my son!
Just makes a Dodger fan proud.
Wow! I think I also heard Bob Bergen in there. Happy Birthday June!
As the voice actor who said that line, I would like to apologize.
Here's some trivia for you. Aside from voicing Drunken Master in this ep, I'm also the voice of the Scarecrow in Batman: Arkham Asylum. Which just goes to show what an odd-ball job I have. From psychos with needles for fingers to dumpster divers with a huge wang, I'm there!
Hey! I voiced a bunch of dudes in this show! I'm betting that the eps will be as much fun to watch as it was to make - the recording sessions were a hoot. Director Mike Blum was an Arkham Asylum fan so he gave me a lot of latitude on my characters. My favorite is "Drunken Master". He was a blast to do - keep an eye out for him.
Voice Actor - Arkham Asylum/World of Warcraft
I get that a lot. Usually it's actor Freddie Rodriguez. I swear a few years ago people kept coming up to me during SAG screenings and saying "I love your work in Six Feet Under." I often wonder if Freddie ever has people ask how he liked playing the Scarecrow to his total confusion.
Sorry you couldn't make it. As for raising a glass...? Feel free to raise it in the name my son Connor who just so happens to be half-Irish!
