This is user site for "Did YOU do it Today?" campaign as part of Huntsville/Madison County Leadership Class 23 and the City of Huntsville's Operation Green Team. Did YOU do it Today?

Leadership Huntsville Class 23 and the City of Huntsville's Green Team announces their collaboration in support of Green Teams year- long Green awareness campaign called Did YOU do it Today? Leadership is sponsoring a YOUTUBE video contest from March 5-April 7. Families, schools, and businesses are all urged to get creative and show Huntsville what you are doing as a family, a business or a school to make a positive impact on the environment and our community every day.

Create video that is no longer than one minute and shows what you do to make a difference and then go to Did you do it Today on Youtube. MAKE SURE YOU TAG IT INTO THE CATEGORY YOU ARE COMPETING IN!

The following categories and prizes will be awarded on Earth Day, April 17, at the Hayes Nature Preserve.

Best Overall Video: Your video shown on FOX 54.

Best Family Video: A Family four-pack of tickets to Huntsville's best attractions including Burritt on the Mountain, Huntsville Botanical Garden, EarlyWorks Children's Museum, Constitution Village, Historic Huntsville Depot, Sci-Quest, U.S. Space and Rocket Center, and the Huntsville Museum of Art.

Best Elementary School Class: A Green field trip to Burritt on the Mountain, including bus transportation provided by Jerry Damson Honda Acura

Best Secondary/High School Class Video: FOX 54 live TV coverage at one of your schools events (Prom, Homecoming, Graduation, etc.)

Best Company Video: A bagel breakfast, for up to 50 employees with Huntsville Mayor Tommy Battle. A Billboard advertising your company for one month and customized training for staff by Leadership Huntsville/Madison County.
