Happy Birthday!

So, a guy walks into a restaurant for breakfast, takes a seat and waits for a waitress to come. She shows up and she asks,

"What would you like on this fine morning?" The guy replies,

"I'll have a bowl of Frosted Flakes, please."

"Okay sir, right away," and the waitress goes off to the kitchen. Hours go by, people coming and going, cars, buses and trucks continue bustling outside into the night.
Finally, the waitress returns with a bowl and places it on the table, but something just wasn't right. The milk was rock solid, the cereal didn't budge and the spoon proved
useless. The guy turns to the waitress and remarks,

"I figure you took frosted a little too seriously."
