The Godfather, just about anything Hitchcock, Lawrence of Arabia, Dr. Zhivago, first Star wars trilogy, most Coen Bros. films (esp. The Big Lebowski), The Shawshank Redemption, and the like.
Music:
Queen, Led Zep, and Iron Maiden are my top three I suppose. Oops, I gotta add Rush in there!
Books:
I try to read the Lord of the Rings trilogy every winter....I think Carlos Castaneda works are powerful and interesting. Arthur C. Clarke, Heinlein, and Haldeman for the sci-fi genre.
