and honestly im surprised i was able to find it
i made this about a year and a half ago give or take some and its basically aquarius story
for all that dont know before i got him he was a cart horse, he lived in a field on a amish farm.
so sine this is old dont judge the editing etc, this video still gets my heart a little bit.

This audio took forever. Steal it, I will steal your children.
Holyyy crap. Some of you may know that I had to euthanize my little appaloosa pony a few weeks ago. She was only 15, and she was a hellova jumper, and could cover ground like she was a solid hand or so taller than she was. She could stretch out and get horse strides, jump 3' from anywhere and any distance, then immediately drop her shoulder and give you this innocent "oh you're on the ground? How did that happen?" look.
I miss her so much, it was the worst day of my life. I never knew you could feel so devastated that all you can do is stand there and wail, and it feels like nothing can ever be better. This quote and song go together perfectly, because it's true. It's weird to think that you can have something one day, and everything's fine, then it's gone the next day. And yes, you feel like nothing can save you, and you will never move on. But you do. Bit by bit, piece by piece, you recover. And there are days when I feel fine, and then moments where I break down again.
But this is my way of closure. It was hard to make, but somehow I feel better.
Good bye Velvet, I would have your bucks and sending people to the hospital (occasionally) back to hug you, to have you thrust your head in your chest and rest it there, to jump 3' from a trot, know when you have to be careful and gentle with a small child or disabled girl, and when you can test my trainer and friends, and to see you miraculously escape your paddock time and time again just because that grass looks better than your hay.
