Chapter 47

Your Guardian Angel
Dianne POV.

I heard and said enough to Nick I think that was the most heartbreaking moment that we had. I was his mystery girl it never came to my mind that it was me, I always thought that he had a crush on some special girl at school, but especially not me. I never thought that he would be in love with me; I always thought that he only loved me as his best friend and nothing more. He deserves a girl that likes him who he is, he deserves someone who would take care of him and especially someone that loves him. I didnt want to loose him, but I cant do anything about it if I love Joe. My mind wandered to Joe how much I needed him right now. Before I knew I was in the middle of the street not noticing that a car was about to hit me and then it happened I completely blacked out.

Joe´s POV.
The whole time I tried to reach Dianne by her cell phone, but she didnt pick up my calls at all. I began to worry, because I always reached her whenever I called her, not to forget that I had an unpleasant feeling might just be that I´m nervous for tonight.

As I arrived at home I expecting Dianne jumping into my arms, instead I found no one at home, not my parents, Kevin or Nick. Then I received a call from Amelia.

"Hello?"
"Joe thank god you have to come to the hospital a.s.a.p.!"
"What why what happened?"
"It´s Dianne"

As I heard those words I dropped the flowers on the floor and raced to the hospital as fast as I could. Dianne was in the hospital she was hurt thousands of questions flooded into my mind.
The ride to the hospital wasnt long, but for Joe it felt like hours he stumbled to the nurse. "CanyoupleasetellmewhereDianneJohnsonis???"

The nurse probably didnt understand a word, but I didnt care I needed to find her. "Excuse me Sir what did you say?"
"I mean could you please tell me where Dianne Johnson is."

She stuck her head into the computers, typed something up and looked up. "I´m sorry Sir she´s still at surgery you may wait in the waiting room, please."

I sighed and went to the waiting room.
"Joe!!" I heard the familiar voice say it was Amelia. "Amelia!" I looked at her she had red eyes and tears marked her cheeks. I panicked she was sitting there with Nick and Kevin. "Amelia what happened to Dianne?"

"She...She got into a car accident. They told me that she didnt see the car coming and got hit by the car. Joe we´ve been waiting here for an hour now and we still dont know how she is."
Before I could response a doctor came in.

"Someone here for Dianne Johnson?"

"Yes we are! How is she doing? Is she alright?"

"I´m sorry, but..."
