I didn't like the remake with Takeshi. His Zatoichi hardly talked and had blonde hair. Why would a blind guy in 19th century Japan be blonde? But it was worth watching once for the swordfighting and a great full-cast dance scene at the end. If you don't mind me asking, what is the meaning of your username? Are you female?
