before you quote an hadith make sure the authenticity of it. because we just use authentic hadith. So not all hadith you read or hear came from rasulullah (PBUH)

You misunderstand the verse. The verse (2:73) tells about the history that happened in Moses era, when moses killed a man unpurposely, and then Allah ordered a cow to be slaughtered and hit the dead body with piece of it. it's not the law about murder case.
