Great video, that guy with the blond hair in the t-shirt spouting off reminds me of me, when I was in shape. However I was never in quite that shape, even tho I worked from sunup till we ran out of daylight.
We had a nice little salad yesterday, and a vegie pizza, and still going strong on that.

Awesome video! I eat a lot of healthy foods, and tonnes of vegetables... but unfortunetely I cook a lot of them. This video has inspired me to adopt a raw lifestyle. Totally awesome! I'm looking foward to making this change in my life!

That whole movie looks horrible. its like a cheap infomercial. That is one of the worst ways to get your message across. I will agree that its a health life style, and your heart is in the right place, but setting this movie up to look like some Amway convention just raises red flags for the nay sayers.

You shouldn't say 'eat raw food', because that's not actually what you want. You want live food.

An irradiated vegetable is raw since it wasn't heated, but it's definitely not alive anymore, and it's probably not something a raw foodist would want to eat.
