eh i do my stuff for function not to be pretty but i keep hearing about that shit i may try it just to see what kind of workout it gives me alot of the stuff ive seen from it just looks like my old kickboxing class and they gave me a square chest n 6 pack for awhiile with the exercises but in my own time i mostly just hit upper body with weights n do stuff for punching power and speed like tyson used to do 1k situps with a 30 weight. ill never be really good to look at and ill never gets props for anything i do without lookin buff or cut i should just get some steroids and then swear up and down im all natural

eh not much dude my usual ups and down but i seem to be riding the crest of some incredible wave for the moment im back at a gym granted not the one id like to be at but one i can afford and still eat, my punching power and speed kinda went to hell and im not the hardest hitter in the gym anymore so my pride makes me go back to workin on that. i had been hitting the weights benchin curling body buildin a little ,probly why im pushing punches instead of snapping now, and trying to get my calisthenics to crazy numbers.

HA HA, i actually swallowed tank water bcos i use a big thick hose to syphon the water out of my window to save time and i sucked to hard and it went right back my throat and i was choking like fuck and almost sick lol
