My success, my future, my leadership does not start with paving a new path with a blind fold on! Its about following in the footsteps of mentors and then as I accomplish each summit I help to pave a quicker, straighter path for others to follow! Hand in hand we lead through learning and we help through teaching! I am an outgoing person who loves to meet new people, help them succeed and reach for the stars. I have many passions in life all of which revolve around two goals: First, I must find purpose in every encounter and touch each persons life, from a simple smile or hug to their health and financial prosperity! Second, I will create abundance in my life and the lives of those around me! It drives me crazy to think about how many people do not do what they are truly passionate about because they settle for a safe path? How many people in this world are going to end up working at a Walmart or look back on their lives wishing they had taken at least one risk that would have changed the course of their life forever! At 70 years old still following the flock instead of leading the flock! I also have a strong passion for youth and made it my mission to impact as many young lives as I can with my company Y.I.AM L.L.C (why I am). This is a Youth Wellness/Success Company here in Colorado and soon to be national. I am blessed to have played a roll in a few Not for Profit groups such as Second Wind and Jefferson Foundation, a non-profit teen suicide prevention group out of Lakewood Colorado. I am very excited to soon play a roll in Rachel's Challenge a body that was lost in the Columbine shooting but a spirit that will forever change the world with her challenge to us all.
