Hi. My name is Devin and this is my vlog. If you are reading this it is probably because you are interested in learning more about me or something. Or else you are a robot. Or both.

I was born and raised in London, Ontario, where I obtained a BA (Hons.) in Philosophy from the University of Western Ontario. I am currently living in Winnipeg, Manitoba where I am an LLB student in the Robson Hall Faculty of Law at the University of Manitoba.

I started blogging at the time of the 2004 Federal Election to support the New Democratic Party. Since that time, my blog has gone through several phases of development, switched platforms a few times, and broadened its scope significantly. These days I blog about politics, chess, the Blue Jays, programming, philosophy, and life in general. I also like to take pictures sometimes.

I've been a member of the NDP since high school and have served variously as President of the UWO New Democrats, Communications Director of the Ontario New Democratic Youth, and Co-founder of the UofM NDP. I was also an admin of the New Democrats Online community.

Currently, I am a Councilor in the University of Manitoba Students' Union (representing the Manitoba Law Students' Association.)
