Why would anyone in their right mind worship something that is so clearly a human invention?

The answer to this riddle is easy. Religions make exorbitant promises and threats that cannot be verified or disproven in this lifetime. Religions deliberately instil guilt feelings about religion-defined sins and threaten eternal punishment for those sins, while promising forgiveness to those fools who follow the rules.

If you believe in the stupid propaganda that religions promulgate, don't expect any respect from me. I might be polite about it, but I will refute your fallacious ramblings on public forums.
