About Ethereal PanMan
I am the Ethereal PanMan and I play the double tenor steel pans. My pans were made by Merlin Gill and I have had them tuned by the genius Pan player and Tuner Darren Dyke. I have been playing for for about 11 years, but I started playing straight up calypso. The longer I played, I seemed to shift my focus to jazz and the genre my buddy and I invented called Acid Calypso.
I am actually a classically trained musician (trumpet, vocal), but that got so boring I needed to change my focus and discover myself and what I was capable of. This is the result, sans the Rock Band stuff ;). I hope you enjoy my music!
