I was born in an Assassin hideout in the desert known as The Farm, an off the grid compound with a population of about thirty people, much like the city of Masyaf, where I was destined to be trained as an Assassin. I was frustrated by my parents' explicit instructions not to leave the compound, and I believed them to be overly concerned and paranoid. On my 16th birthday, I finally fled, wanting to see the rest of the world. I later told Lucy Stillman that I had no regrets over leaving my parents, because as far as I was concerned, they were little more than my wardens, and to me the Farm was my prison. After leaving the Assassin compound, I went into hiding for nine years. While keeping a low profile, I eventually became a bartender. Aware of the Knights Templar, and wanting to avoid both them and the Assassins, I never used my real name and used only cash to purchase items. However, I was eventually found, traced through a fingerprint needed for a motorcycle license, and I was brought to the Abstergo laboratory.
In September 2012, I was kidnapped by Abstergo Industries, a pharmaceutical company and front for the Knights Templar, for use as a test subject in the Animus, a device that can read the memories of my ancestors through the genetic memory left behind in their descendants' DNA. At first, Warren Vidic attempted to pry the information he wanted from my mind, but was met with failure. Whilst I claimed to be nothing more than a bartender, Vidic revealed that they knew of my history as an Assassin, forcing me to finally admit my past life. Vidic and Lucy Stillman told me that they were trying to access a certain memory, but my subconscious was resisting their efforts. Vidic warned me that if I refused to assist them, they would induce a coma, continue their work, and when done with me, leave me to die. Without much choice,
I agreed to help them.
I was made to explore the genetic memories of my ancestor Altaïr -- a member of a clan of Assassins active during and after the Crusades, specifically Altaïr's experiences during the year 1191 -- and I do so over several days under the watchful eye of Vidic. During the nights however, I discovered that I was able to explore the lab I was being held in, accessing the Animus computer and, after stealing Warren Vidic's pen, gaining access to his personal computer. Through e-mails, I learned of the previous Animus subject, Subject 16, who had suffered from a bleeding effect due to prolonged exposure to the Animus, as well as tidbits of information from the outside world. Eventually, with the aid of Lucy, the Assassins learned of my capture and attempted to liberate me, with the gunfire of their assault being heard through an intercom device, although the rescue attempt failed. Vidic boasts that those Assassins were in fact the last of the group I escaped from at age16. Their desert hideout having been previously destroyed. Lucy's actions, however, suggested otherwise, and when I asked if Lucy knew anything about my parents, she responded by saying that she didn't know, but that they probably escaped. During this discussion, Lucy revealed herself to be an undercover member of the Assassins. I eventually achieved Vidic's goal and discovered the location of numerous Pieces of Eden. Executives of Abstergo Industries ordered my execution, but my life was saved by Lucy's intervention, who asked to keep me alive in order to re-access his memories if need be. After the executives leave, I suddenly access the "eagle vision" of my ancestor Altaïr, seeing Vidic and Lucy for their true allegiances, as well as countless scrawled messages and puzzles on the floor of the main laboratory.
I was still being held within the laboratory at Abstergo, continuing directly a couple hours after lucy spoke to me. Lucy suddenly arrives, covered in blood and demanding me to get into the Animus before Abstergo discovers what she'd done. I, rather confused, agrees and manages to sync with the closest genetic match between myself, Subject 16 recorded in the Animus' memory core. Inside the Animus, I experience the birth of another of my ancestors, Ezio Auditore. I instantly get pulled out though, and we both make our escape.
We were quickly spotted by Abstergo security and after Lucy locked a door to keep the security guards from getting to us, we turned the corner and were forced into an engagement with two more which Lucy quickly ended, allowing us to continue on stealthily.
We soon entered a glass elevator that led down to a large open room filled with office blocks that housed a large number of Animi.

Me and lucy made our way through the parking lot fighting off the Abstergo guards and making our way to a car... lucy who goes to the drivers seat tells me to get into the trunk of the car and she will let me out when we reach our destination... so after what appeared to be hours I heard a knocking on the trunk and lucy told me we had arrived and i met a woman named rebbecca and a man named shaun and I was told they were assassins as well and thus began our journey to discover what ezio auditore my ancestor discovered. I went through many places being ezio and learning alot of his abilites and meeting the people he met.. we were on a search for the vault and pope rodrigo borgia who ezio faced in combat and obtained the secrets of the vault but then something happened i didnt expect.. the godess minerva spoke to me through ezio and when i got out of the animus and lucy said what ezio found in the vault proves that the templars might not be are biggest problem... and then we had to hurry and leave cause the abstergo found our hideout then before we could leave me and lucy had to fight the abstergo guards and we got to the car but vidic warned me to enjoy my victory cause it would only be temporary and then we were on our to a undisclosed location which upon getting out the car I found was the auditore villa that ezios uncle mario once owned and when we got there me and lucy had to go through and open up the way into the villa to let shaun and rtebbecca in and then shaun went around to show me where the 4 power switches were to turn on the power for animus and since we were underground the abstergo couldnt track the signal when we used the animus. So i began reliving ezios memories again to find the apple of eden that ezio used cause we needed to know where her hid it at.. so after going through and coming out of the animus and have conversations with lucy and shaun and rebecca i discovered where ezio hid the apple of eden and we went there to the rome arena to get it and we saw the greek godess minerva was there and talking to me but no one else could see it... so i finally got the apple of eden and as i picked it up time froze no one could move or talk but I could still talk and the greek godess minerva made me stab lucy in the stomach with hidden assassin blade and then I hit the ground and got knocked out and all I remember is hearing 2 mens voices but not seeing anything and i was put back in the animus and but it is unknown to me whether they were templars(abstergo) or assassins who put me back in the animus. I am trapped in the animus in a coma and i need to put back together the pieces of my mind to get out and i need to see lucy and the others are ok! I was in the animus with subject 16(Clay Kaczmarek) and he told me i had to seperate my mind from ezios and altairs so i could get home to my body, before i left he told me if i hurry i could make it to lucys funeral and i feel so guilty about stabbing her but i had my mind and my ancestors to seperate so i lived as ezio at age 52 in the year 1511 discovering altairs earlier and later memories to seperate our minds, i also had to live my own past again seperating my own memories from my childhood hearing my mom dads voices, my own voice,training, breakfast,escaping the farm and going to new york, the girls, everything up until now from theres and when i finally seperated our minds i woke up and saw shawn and rebecca and my father william miles standing over me and now i know what i have to do.
