The CAS managed to steal my grandson from his family through lies, false accusations and supposition..

They refused to seriously consider my son a parent as he is only the father, and refused to attempt anything to work with or facilitate a reconciliation between my son and grandson because their foster family wants to adopt Trevor.

The final statement by the judge who presided over the trial was that "she was struggling to find any threat to Trevor" with what the CAS had presented.

We waited 3 mos for a final order after the trial, and it was delivered 2 weeks ago.. Crown Wardship to the CAS.

They now plan to proceed with having Trevor adopted by the foster family...

We will be starting the appeal process shortly and have also started a group on facebook called "Bring Trevor Home"
