They are Cavaliers. But technically if you are trying to produce 'correct' cavalier king charles, wholecolours shouldn't mate with particolours as shown in video as pups will be mismarked. (I breed and show Cavaliers)

Wouldn't call this torture, they were trying to fix the horse's leg. The horse was being naughty, and their horsemanship was poor.
