You didn't removed the modelparts, you just scaled them down. The polygons remain (which is more RAM usage for your model which causes Warcraft 3 faster to lag) and also the bones, etc of the parts you "removed".
All this makes the model bigger for importing. You should use Oinkerwinkles Vertex ...
