About 65' Mustang at Beaver Springs
Various drag videos featuring the 65' Mustang that I purchased in 1978. It is a full weight street/strip machine which tips the scales @ nearly 3500 with driver.
Engine: 393w NA, Scat Crank, Scat H-Beam Rods, Probe Pistons, Bullet Solid Roller Cam, AFR 205 Heads, Victor Jr Intake, Holley 950 HP Carb, Accufab 1 3/4 Headers, 3" Dynomax Race Bullets. Comp Gold Roller Rockers, Canton Oil Pan.
Drivetrain: Toploader 4 speed, Aluminum Flywheel, Custom "Slipper" Clutch, Lakewood Scattershield, narrowed 9" Ford Rear with 4.11 Gears and Spool, 33 Spline Axles, Aluminum Driveshaft.
Suspension Front: 6 cylinder springs, Calvert 90/10 shocks, Roller Spring Perches, No Front Sway Bar.
Rear Suspension: Caltracs, Rancho 9 way Adj Shocks, Calvert Monoleaf springs, 26x10.5x15S MT Slicks on 10" wide Magnum 500 steel wheels.

Car was mini-tubbed and then completely repainted by owner in 2011 with 65' Rangoon Red BC/CC paint.
