And some people just think it doesn't sound good. I love Breaking Benjamin and my mom hates them because their music physically makes her ears hurt because of the heavy use of guitars. Just like how a lot of bass in the music she likes gives me a headache.

I actually sort of understand the reasoning behind disliking this one. The song is great and I honestly like the "new" Linkin park more than the old one, it's just the video feels... Very odd and too cluttered. Love the song, not such a fan of the video.

Usually means 'effing new guy. Maybe he means everyday he wakes up and forgets something about himself or what happened yesterday, and his memory stops him from doing more because it keeps him "new" to everything.

It doesn't... Make me sad, for some reason. It inspires more fear than it does nostalgia or depression. Not fear of growing up, but just fear in general.
