I enjoy weightlifting and strength training. Currently i am on a program that is designed for mass building. I have been able to take my arms from 16 to 18 inches in about 4 months. I hope to continue to make gains in both size and strength, with size being my main goal. I try to pass along tips here and there to help you out in your battle against the iron. Have a question?
