About this user

I started listening to alot of different types of music at a very young age, but what caught me and held on was Hip-Hop. I started off listening to alot of mainstream artists like Kanye West, Pharell, Eminem, and the like. When I was in my teens, I started getting more into underground Hip-Hop. I started getting into Pete Rock, A Tribe Called Quest, Mos Def, Talib Kweli, among a huge list of other artists. I started to really feel the vibe of the beats more than anything, and that's when I decided I needed to start producing some of my own stuff. I hopped on board with no knowledge of how a beat was made, downloaded FL Studio, and went on from there. A few years and hundreds of crappy beats later, I started to really refine my style and experimented with alot of genres outside of just pure Hip-Hop. Even though that will be my roots and ultimately the type of music I produce, I always try have an open ear to all music.
