Support of Kosovan inpedence is the biggest embarrassment in the history of American foreign policies... I was in Kosovo one month ago, and it is litteraly a NATO car park...KFOR and NATO are everywhere, and so are peacekeeping bases. The only reason we went to Kosovo was to get a military base there, we have basically torn the heart out of Serbia for a base....despicable. I fully support the serbs in Kosovo, do not give up hope! The problem is that most people in the US and in western Europe don't know enough about Kosovo, in western media, the albanian side of the story is reported, NEVER the serbian one....The destruction of Orthodox monasteries and churches is never mentionned...because the KFOR troops themselves stood by and watched it happen, monasteries that were supposed to be protected were not, and still aren't properly. Good luck in these difficult times, Serbia....I support you

They just created a terrorist state in Europe. Kosovo was financed by USA and NATO and they killed serbian people, demolished churches and took something that does not belong to them. Having very little personal connection with either Serbia or Albania I think I can safely say that my opinion in this matter is an objective one. Being very policitally aware I felt the need to voice my thoughts, which are that Kosovo rightfully belongs to Serbia and that no one has a right to take it away from this country, especially not in the way that the Albanians (with international back up, which is even more upsetting) have used so much violence to get their way. Kosovo becoming an independant state is illegal! You can not invade a country and make it your own. The only reason the US is backing this move is because of interests in the Balkans and the rest of the western world is following because no one has the balls to stand up to America. Kosovo has been the heart of Serbia for many years, a religious section to Serbians until the Albanians burned their churches and killed their people. To take a piece of a country away from the ones it belongs to creates more problems in Serbia and Europe as well. If there are political problems between USA and Russia, it will only be caused by the USA and the western countries who agreed to this independence. It was illegal and wrong. If an American state wanted to separate from the US how would the rest of the US citizens react? Ask yourselves that, before you break up a country.

This whole question of Kosovo independence is based on "referendum" that was decided simply and purely on a ethnic/racial basis. Isnt that exactly the opposite of the western values? More, Kosovo albanians are just that: ALBANIANS, descendants of albanian immigrants, so that doesnt give them any right to take a away a portion of Serbia sovreign territory or declare themselves independent from the very country they migrated to in the past. Putting this in simple terms i would say this was a stealth, covert and very slow invasion of a portion of other nation's territory by a specific ethnic group. The flags hold by these "kosovars" show their true colours, those being, Albanian.
