Thing is, throughout most of the motion, the weight is beyond the pivot point in the waist, so the weight is actually helping him rather than hindering him.

I don't get why this would get him kicked out, he's actually using a lot better form than many people I've seen, and he performs the motion in a controlled manner, even if he does let the weight drop a bit on the negative.

What benefit do these have over normal (in front) shrugs?

@MetalDARKxSOUL Dubstep is better than the other shit in the mainstream today, it has some elements that are reminiscent of heavy metal; the 'drop' (a heavy bassy part of a dubstep song) sounds a bit like an electronic metal song. All in all, dubstep is better than pop and rap.

You could easily make a cool little shooting range game, with 3 'targets' (paintings) at different distances away and pressure plate connected to 3 different dispensers, with different value items in them (e.g. you shoot the nearest target and get a random piece of leather gear or a wooden sword).
