DEAFNESS

DEAFNESS was formed in October 2006 after the departure of William UJ (Vocals), Héctor R. Montaner (guitars) and Jordee M. (Bass) from their former band YOURSELF in April 2006.
Letting summer pass for some personal life dedication, Héctor contacted with this friend Marc Bach (guitars/samples) and asked him to play in the new created band. In October they began with their jamming sessions and the search for a drummer.
In February 2007, after a few months of waiting, it was confirmed the definite incorporation of Sergi Casas(ex-YOURSELF) to the percussions, giving the band a touch of distinction and on the 26 of February DEAFNESS was completed after the incorporation of Manu to the drums.The band debuted with DE LA BRISA at Banda Sonora in July, and continued playing live shows in APOLO 2, BE COOL and SALAMANDRA 1 where they opened for MAXIMUM THE HORMONE.In November 2008, William UJ decided to part ways with the band to focus on another style of music.
