That is perhaps because Youtube pages are all the same. Just awkward, fumbling attempts at presenting an individual identity. Every single page a trendy advertisement, but this time not for hi-tech hair conditioner, or the next four digit Nokia, but for the witty, sexy and intelligent individual pictured in the corner. Endlessly repeating: I am an individual. You can't divide me.

But they are all the same, these individuals. They all wear the same clothes, they tell the same jokes, they dream the same dreams.

Not you though. Oh No! You're the special one. You're the one on the outside, the one that broke the mould. That's right, don't let anyone tell you different. You're special, and that's never going to change.

Keep repeating: You are special. And if you detect a whiff of desperation in your own voice, don't worry. That's just part of your specialness.
