USP SE absolutely owns over the deagle. The deagle just has too much recoil. Even if you hit BOTH shots, the intervals between them due to the recoil is just too long and usually leaves you open. The USP SE has very low recoil and is a 3 shot kill. So basically you can get 3 shots off of the USP...
