These guys just seem bored (from the weightlifters, to the guy complaining about possible blood/semen in sandwiches). Looks like they all try to find a way to mix it up (either getting attention from the nurse/security officers or from other prisoners).

This clip was pretty poor. They build a very weak straw man only to knock it down to somehow show how idiotic racism is.
