There is definitely a reduction in torque below c1500rpm - no question. Slight, but instantly noticeable on my E90 330d. There MAY be a slight increase in HP (NOT torque) at med/high rpm, but not noticeable at all, unlike the torque loss below 1500. It could be as much as -50% at 1000rpm, but I'...
