It's a good Getsuga Tensho, but not the best one. The Mugetsu (The Final Getsuga Tensho) and the shikai Getsuga that was combine by Hollow Ichigo's power against Zangetsu's spirit in the real world are both better IMO

Personally, I think that Barragan should have been the Primera (Espada #1) because of three things:

1. He was the King of Hueco Mundo

2. He can literally breathe out death. That is the most powerful ability out of all the Espadas, IMO

3. He was very hard to kill
