The original idea for King Kong VS Godzilla was in fact 'King Kong VS Frankenstien' where the monster that Kong would fight would be an assembled creature from various parts of African big game animals; lions, elephants, etc.

@bosbrun77, on one of the Rocks posts (about 2 months ago) I saw what looked like a parked G.I. Joe Killer Whale behind him. Maybe we got one of those in the works to be released when 'Retaliation' hits the theaters. I can't wait.

In the GI Joe episode 'Rockets Red Glare,' Cobra attacks the Red Rocket Drive In with several ASP's positioned just above the overlooking ridge. I actually have this comic. As a kid I got about 50 to 100 random comics every Christmas. As I recall it was a fun read in 1987. I guess I'll have to look for it and give it another look.

Nothing will ever come close to the orginal. I'd watch anything to do with Snake Plisskin, but there's no way a reboot will ever out do this classic. Case and point, another Carpentor movie- 'Halloween'

Look at the bright side, how many people fall off the top of mountains each year? With mountain top removal, falling off might become a thing of the past.

@steve, I mostly agree with you. Superman Returns is under appricated. The cinematogrphy is incredible, sound track flawless, acting very good. It only suffers in the action department. Example: the scene where the bullets are bouncing off his chest. It should have been longer or something, thoug...

Unfortunatly, we'll probably never see a Justice League movie, WB just doesn't seem to really care about the DC characters. Afterall, look at all the horrible Batman movies before Nolan came on with Batman Begins. Here's to Man of Steel being the Superman movie we've all been waiting for though.
