@rumba7575 The best way to treat split ends is to cut them. If you don't when the new hair grows the splits will continue to grow up the hair shaft, causing breakage and you dont want that.

Paula Deen better watch out. ;) I'm uber jealous of your Kitchenaid stand mixer. I received a Kitchenaid blender for Christmas, which for me doubles as a food processor. I also received a Kitchenaid hand mixer. They make the best appliances and I won't buy anything else.

Luv4mybffl and almankotb you need what is called a flower frog pin. They are what hold the roses in place and keeps them from floating. If you google you should be able to find them easily. I hope that helps. :)

Just as wuzuphomeyg said cover your hands thickly in Crisco. Also I find if easier to leave in a rather large bowl and add powdered sugar, a bit at a time until it becomes dough like. Cute video!! :0)
