I am a 6'8" monstrosity of a man who enjoys rocking out on 6, 7, and 8 string guitars (mostly 7). I have been playing since I was 16 and I got my first 7 string when I was 18. I am not much of a shredder when it comes to guitar (if you couldn't tell)...never had the patience to learn complex solos and my hands are too big and clunky to play those pesky high notes fast. When I play its usually a mix of deathcore breakdowns with some melodic deathmetal and/or metalcore mixed in. I tend to randomly throw some rock and blues riffs in the mix as well.

I have been in 2 bands during my time as a guitar player. My first was a band called Solitude. It wasn't too serious and we only played a few shows on our college campus at the time. The System After was the other band I was in. It was a Peoria based Rock/Metal band. In TSA I had the priviledge of playing shows in many venues across Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa, and Missouri. I also got the chance to share the stage/venue with some cool signed acts. I had the opportunity to play on a side stages at the Rave in Milwaukee for Anthrax and The Deftones shows. I have also had the opportunity to share the stage with such bands as Flaw, Silent Civilian, Year of Desolation, and Allele. I have played everything from large venues to tiny, redneck, hole in the wall bars...it was all a blast.

I grew tired of the band thing and right now this is the extent of what I do publicly with music. Maybe someday I will be in a band again, but right now I am enjoying doing my own thing. I am thinking of starting my own little internet project band sooner or later.

In addition to music, I also enjoy modding my 2005 Nissan Xterra. I love to take it off road when I get the chance and put it to the test. Hopefully I will have more off roading videos down the line.
